I caught a few mice. I told them about it and they took care of the problem that same day. That was 4 months ago and haven't seem one since. I did kill a few "water bugs" (they call them, but they are also known as the American Cockroach) which they were quick to take care of too.
These might seem sound like huge problems and they were at the time, but management corrected those problem really quick. They were in the apt the sameday.
Maintenance guys are pretty helpful and courteous.
