I have been a tenant at Trellises for almost 18 months. I will be leaving at the end of my contract in August due to a home purchase. However, I would be very comfortable recommending this community to anyone looking for a nice apartment community in a great location. Trellises has offered my family and I everything we needed to live comfortably for the last year and a half. Every time we have visited the office, we were greeted with a warm smile and a nice atmosphere. The gals in the office go out of their way to make sure you are happy here. We had a maintenance request last month and we received a call the next day confirming that the work had been done to our satisfaction. The maintenance team is superb! I am going to miss having my sidewalks scraped in the winter. The only negative experience that we ran in to while living at Trellises was the parking in front of our building which became quite congested once they started to fill up. Management has since marked visitor parking spots, issued tags to residents and now tows. My wife and I opted for a carport, which solved all worries. I have continuessly referred new residents here (which got me $500 a pop) and I will continue to do so even when I am no longer a resident. I give Trellises 2 thumbs up.
