I have lived at the Trellises for almost a year now and I'm getting ready to sign another one-year lease. I have been very happy with my experiences thus far and I would recommend living there to any of my friends. Any maintenance request I have had, they have fixed on the same day. Even though parking used to be a problem, the problem has been taken care of in a satisfactory way. My apartment is very quiet and I only occasionally heard noises from the apartment above me when they were moving in. Other than that, I haven't heard a sound the entire year I've lived there. I love the fact that there are individual security alarms and 2 deadbolts in each apartment (one which can't be opened from the outside). Everything is well-lit and that is important to me because I am a female that is living alone.
