The trellises staff is very unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. They make promises they don't keep and don't care about their community members. I haven't been there long and cannot wait to leave. You pay way too much money
(even with discounts) for what you get. No wonder half the place is empty...not to mention the horrible parking situation. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
