I agree with the other reviews that stated the staff is very unprofessional.

Without going into detail, I felt that there is miscommunication between the entire office staff which ultimately effects the potential resident.

In addition, they often talk over the customer so never truly listening to the question or concern.

They could use a class on active listening, customer service skills and professionalism.

I really wish I knew about this website prior to spending so much energy trying to live here.
