I am so glad that I did not move in.
I left a deposit, was told I could have it back if I called with-in 3 days to cancel.
I called and asked for a refund, was told it could not be mailed and that I had to pick it up.
(Now I know why they have that policy).
I went to pick it up and guess what' It had already been deposited, because I never gave the girl a straight answer as to whether or not I wanted to be on the "waiting list" to "lock in my rate".
Unbelieveable!! Can someone please explain to me why I had to call "her back" if I already specifically asked for a refund'' That girl (Julie) in the office, is such a snob.
If she represents that apartment complex, they will MEVER have my business!!! She is a terrible reflection on that community.
