The office staff here will break rules for some and hand out free carports to those who help them out. Also, they are not that classy and have let low class people move in. One of the carports even fell on a car. They jack the rent up every year. Its nice but I wouldn't choose to live here again.

I moved in last spring and would never recommend the property to anyone else. If you are not in a parking spot by 8:00pm forget it. Noise is normal for apartment living. The grounds are often cluttered with dog feces and trash, though not the staffs fault. The complex is well lit and overall a safe place. The apartments are not very efficient when it comes to heating. Maintenance does a nice job, they have always fixed any issues I had in a timely manner. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I have seen the office staff carrying on until 3am at the pool. I have overheard office staff talking about drug use. These people have lost atleast two of my rent checks. The staff create pool side drama talking openly about marital affairs with tennants. The office staff is rumored to use ecstasy and other hard drugs. Trailer park experience on a condo budget. This place is really a gem.

Just a general thought ... rumors are just that ... rumors. The definition of a rumor is this: "information of uncertain truthfullness, usually spread by talk." So until you have cold, hard facts, you should keep your mouth shut and quit making assumptions about people you know nothing about. And if you moved in last spring but never wrote anything about late-night pool activity during the summer of '06, what sparked you to write now?? When this was written in May '07 I would venture to say that the pool wasn't yet open, so I'm guessing that your observations did not take place recently. Why now? What triggered complaints about '06 half way into '07? One has to wonder. The bottom line is, don't believe everything you hear and quit drawing conclusions from things you might over-hear when you're not catching the entire conversation.
