I would like to take this time to thank Ms. ----- as well as Mrs. ------- for the hard work they have done helping me with a seamless transition from my old place to my current place here at Trellises. I looked over the past comments and couldnt help but laugh at some of the statements. If any time in the future I have a problem(not that I see that happening) I will take it up with that individual, not by going on to Appartment Ratings and not leaving my name.... Which leads me to why I laugh at the comments 1) 95% of the comments are humorous in the fact that they love to slam the staff.(the very staff that you came to and sighned your lease, nobody twisted your arm to sighn the dotted line) 2) Your comments are moot, and very child like. In closing I would like to extend a thank you to Ms.----- for a job well done, and to keep up the great work. 400 people and just a handful of complaints from people that you couldnt make happy no matter what.... Thanks for the great work..... Keith

So because you had a good experience those that have posted bad reviews are lying. You have not notice trash in the hall, you have not had to park blocks from your appartment and ever problem was addressed and taken care of. I look forward to reading your post when you leave KEEP THE CHANGE!!!!!!

I do think it is funny that you say something to one person about ratings on this web site and everyone jumps aboard.I am getting ready to jump off a cliff.does everyone want to join.I myself have better things to do than sit here ----- and complain.If there is trash around pick it up,or like I have done use a blower and clean it up.I have even sit 5 gal buckets out for peoples trash.I have wrote to this site on some issues like drainage issues and towing. As for the staff I think they are great,I do feel a few more years under thier belt.Will do them good.And unlike others on this write in.I do leave my name. I will not write or do anything that I am ashamed of. I feel the pool area is clean.

You apparently didnt read all the messages---I signed a lease but was able to get out of it. And, why is that? Oh yeah, because the apt they were going to lease to me already had someone living in it and this was the 4th attempt on getting an apt. No, thank you..that many issues is a red flag. Now, if they would have said that they are new, then that would make a difference and explain it but they never said that.

I used to live at the Trellises for 2 years & the only problem I had was the parking. I also left a great review (with my name) before moving out. However, the point of posting on this website is to warn other people of negative situations that you have encountered or to praise the apartment in an effort to let other people know it's a great place to live. People's experiences are different and some people choose to warn others while other people choose to silently move out. I wouldn't assume that everyone who had a negative experience never confronted the individual directly simply b/c they left a comment here. That is a very child-like assumption in itself. The obvious purpose of this website is to warn others & not to idly complain in cyberspace while doing nothing about it in real life. As for signing a lease and no one twisting your arm to do it, I'm pretty sure they're on their best behavior when getting you to sign the next year or so of your rental life away. A logical review would have just been for you to say that you had a great experience and provide details of it, not to make a sad attempt to be illogically condescending to others.

Um Keith - everyone knows your sleeping with -------. Not exactly an objective review. Are you afraid she's going to get fired and you're going to lose your free cable?
