I need to move quickly after a divorce and caring for a terminally ill relative, so I could use some peace and quiet and privacy for myself and my daughter.

From the sounds of it, I wonder how much of this I would recieve'

The last thing I need is to move into Melrose Place.

Partying with your neighbors is almost always a recipe for disaster, and it sounds to me that people don't have enough to do other than judge/bash the staff, their neighbors, etc.

I really don't care about the manager's appearance or who's having an affair with whom, who got drunk at the pool, or what the staff wears to the pool, that's none of my business.

I'm not sure why you've made it yours, sounds like you're giving yourself your own headache'

What I DO care about, besides the level of nosy, bored, judgmental neighbors, is that the policies are as they appear upfront and that management is responsive to my concerns.

I dunno, I'm not really "needy" as far as residents go (nor am I a diva that expects the moon for what really isn't that much money'), but I'd like to know if there WAS a concern, they'd be prompt and responsive.

They can be as rude as they want as long as whatever it is gets fixed, frankly.

Can anyone emotionally stable, rational and non-miserable in their lives answer these questions regarding privacy and responsiveness' Hehehe.
