I am the "prospective resident" below...I want to thank everyone for their feedback. Don't get me wrong, the comments of both "sides" have been taken seriously; and there are always two sides of a story, usually containing truth. The best benefit to me are people that can say, "This is what's good, this is what's not so good..."
Hopefully, the office staff is reading this feedback and seeing what they could improve upon, that's what I'd do...and throw the rest in the trash.
With some of these comments, you're probably not going to be taken seriously, given your approach...though your intent may be to "warn" others, I don't think you realize how you're making yourselves look, that's all I'm saying.
Hopefully, the office staff has read these and has seen a recurring theme of how their behavior is being perceived by some of their residents and has/will make amends.
As a former leasing manager myself at a young age, I made the mistake of trying to be friends with my residents...which always backfires.
Never mix personal and professional, as a general rule...but that's something you learn with age, perhaps.
Perhaps an Resident Meeting could be had to discuss your concerns openly with management would be a step in the right direction' Most condominiums do this, why not'
That way, if you have a meeting and no one shows up, you don't have the right to -----...anonymously;)....it's like bitching about gas prices but not voting.:)
Thanks for your input...
