If your complaints are being handles properly you can always turn to ----- she is the district manager for Trellises. However, you must realize when you go to ----- your name and complaint is given to -------------------------- in the office. You can always go to corporate they seem to have a handle on things around here if you dont know who we are owned by its Alexander Property Group. No, I dont have the number sorry I do think its on your monthly news letter. The chain of command doesnt fall that far and if you really want your complaints heard corporate is the place and they get things done. I have no complaints myself but that doesnt mean you dont so go for it.

I have tried that, ddin't work, they wouldn't even return my call, so I went to the BBB instead, very effective, I might add.
