While this community might be one of the better looking in the Florence area, it is not worth the headache once you actually move in. The office staff will bend over backwards to get you to move in, but once you actually do plan on them not even caring that you moved in there. I had the same multiple maintenance issues while living in a unit and towards the end of the lease just gave up trying to get them fixed. They would never send anyone to fix them!! Maybe it was because they were too busy drinking by the pool. I don't know. When it comes time to move out (have seen this happen two times to friends and myself), plan on them not wanting to do a walk through with you. They are "too busy." They do this just to try and collect money from apartment renters who fall for their "scam" of trusting their own walk through when you hand over the keys to them. Then they will suck all of your deposit with "damages" and add on a few more dollars. If you are really lucky, you will get sent to a collections agency just like I did. Fortunately, I have a signed walk out inspection with no damages. Don't be a sucker and fall for the nice landscape and office staff on first glance. It is a HUGE mistake moving there!

You mention that the office is "too busy" to do a walk through, but then indicate that you have a signed movve out inspection ... isn't that a contradiction?

Let's think about this for a minute, shall we? A pre-inspection is to the benefit of the person signing the lease, the move out inspection is to the benefit of the leasing company, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out which one they would be more likely to complete!! Duhhh
