I was a resident for 4 years at this property. The management changed hands and it was terrible. The new manager AMY is the worst example of a manger I have ever worked with in my life. My term of my lease was due to be renewed, and she wanted to raise my rent. I had a one bedroom paying 737.00 per month.She told me that she could lease my apartment for more than what I was paying. This is very unprofessional. They send you a water bill,and I looked and never found a water meter. The office never could answer where the bill come from. The noise is terrible, and the florence police department is called to this property about 7-10 times a week. If you enjoy coming home and having a parking place close to home GOOD LUCK. You will have to park far away, and if you park in a carport AMY WILL HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED. Who wants to live in a complex like this. If you move here move at your own risk. You will wanna move out very quickly. TRUST ME. Do yourself a favor and look for more than this complex you will appreciate my advice.

You should be towed if you park in a carport unless you pay for it. Those of us who pay for spot, don't pay so that other people can park in them while we have to walk a quarter mile back to our apartment. Because of people like you, at 6 months pregnant I was walking in the dead of winter to my apartment from the leasing office, as someone always parked in the carport that I paid for. Inconsiderate is an understatement.

The Trellises has changed ownership and Amy and Leslie are no longer there. They had numerous complaints on them. There is a new manager and asst. mgr. now. Well see if there is a change for the better. The old Mgmt really SUCKED!!!! putting it lightly.
