A couple weeks ago we got a notice on our door that a new company bought this complex and since then the trash never gets compacted and the grounds are starting to look horrible! I can't believe what I am seeing! This place has always been one of the nicest in the area and I hate feeling like I am in the ghetto everytime I look at the dumspter. Also, the Connor Group must have cleaned house when they took over because I didn't recognize a single person when I walked into the office. If this continues, we will be moving when the lease is up. For what we pay to live here, this place should at the very least be a clean and comfortable place to come home to at the end of the day.
