I just moved into the Trellises at the end of April and I absolutely love it! The pool is very nice and they have nice chairs for you to lay in! My only concern was about 3 weeks after we moved in the management changed over but the new management is awesome! They are really great at taking care of your questions within a reasonable amount of time. I think it is really silly that people complained about the transition only a couple days after the switch. Hello its going to take a few days to get things running smoothly again. They are doing a great job now, and I feel like the people complaining are the same ones who are making the mess, that has to be cleaned up.

Anyways I love my apartment, I am on the first floor and rarely hear any noise above us. The apartments are really nice and most of the people that live here are fun to be around. I would and have recommended this place to everyone!

I love how people like you post comments as Anonymous yet people like me who does not care if people know who I am or not post the original post. So not that it is any of your business because you post as Anonymous and the above was posted my me (username: wilkinsonk1) My name is Katy and I live in building 958. I genuinely love living here. I have better things to do with my time then write reviews however its people like you who highly blow things out of proportion and yet do not leave their name. Im not saying everything has been absolutely perfect but the questions or concerns I have had I took directly to the manager which is what responsible residents do..... and guess what? They were taken care of! What good do you think it does posting complaints on here, it gets nothing accomplished except giving you something to do during the day. I work a full time job coach a varsity cheerleading program at Cooper High School and attend school full time working on my masters not to mention am at the pool every weekend. I have better things to do then check out all the responses "posted by this management company" but I am truly a resident who absolutely loves it here. They are nice well built apartments, I rarely hear any noise, I have nice neighbors and no problems with parking. So everyone "put your real goggles on" and read the responses that have names attached not people that post anonymously. Those are the people with nothing better to do then find things to complain about.

I love reading comments posted by this management company, they probably have someone on staff just to write this stuff. I have seen virtually the same comment for several of their communities - and they start to follow soon after a number of real residents talk about how the new management stinks and how bad the place has gotten in such a short time. So re-read this comment with those new goggles on and look for another place to live.

I HEAR YA I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I WROTE THE CONNER GROUP WHICH THEY DID NOT LIKE BECAUSE THE EVICTED ME TODAY GAVE ME 30 DAYS TO GET OUT,, ANY 1 HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT THEY DID ,AND WHAT THERE DOING TO THE INVIROMENT AND THERE BUSS ETHICS CALL ME MAYBE I CAN INLIGHTEN YOU 859 512 -9940 LOOKING 4 A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAIST THIS COMPANY THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND NEED AS MANY SIGNATURES AS POSSIBLE,,I FULLY INTENT TO TAKE THEM TO COURT SICK OF BIG BUSSSINESS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF GOOD PEOPLE
