Run...run...run......this place is a dump. You have a hippo wave to you and no lights at night. Guess we need to pay the stupid hippo instead of safety. The office staff is ever changing...they should make them leave in this dirt bag place for 30 days, they would last one night. There is dog poop everywhere, paint is dumped where ever and can we say Section 8. Donot swim in the pool, the section 8 folks use a public waste and garbage can. Can you image the inside of their apartments and the smell....I would rather pay 1200 a month than their hippo special of 879 a month. You get what you pay for.......guess garbage and filth are quite expensive at "The Dump"

I dont have section 8 thank goodness but what you said about the people who do was extremely disrespectful. They are people too and you dont know that it is them causing the mess. Very ignorant.

I KNOW it is them! I have SEEN them, in the gym when I go to work out in the morning SMOKING CIGARETTES IN THE GYM! THEY WERE NOT HERE BEFORE THE CONNOR GROUP BOUGHT THIS PLACE! I NEVER SAW IT BEFORE WHEN ALEXANDER PROPERTIES OWNED US! Yes, they are people too, but maybe THEY are the ones who need to learn respect! Respect for themselves, respect for the community, respect for the place they lay their head at night. Maybe take some pride in their appearance and carry themselves with little dignity, then they would not stick out like a dirty thumb, and be so easily identifiable as THE PROBLEM.
