Obviously there are some people here who are unhappy with the new change but I think the girls in the office have been great and are doing the best they can under the circumstances. Changes can't happen in a week once we were taken over and there was a reason another managament company was purchasing Trellises....the ones before weren't doing that great! You people that are complaining you really need to find something better to do....I mean if you are so unhappy then move out because you are bringing the community down. As far as Section 8 there is NO WAY!!! You guys are CRAZY!!!!!

I absolutley love it here and have been here for awhile, my advice to anyone is to check it out for yourself...don't believe everything you hear. It is a very nice place to live and the office staff is great and always helpful!!!

Actually after living there for over 2 years we DID move out. I made multiple requests for repairs in my apartment and they completely ignored our requests. They have a HIPPO for goodness sakes! The quality of residents has drastically decreased, they filled the hot tub with mulch, no one cleans up after themselves nor does maintenance, no one ever returns calls from the office. It seems that pretty much every recent review, with the exception of this one echoes the negatives sentiments. That leads me to believe that this is a posting from OFFICE STAFF...

I would agree, we have lived here for a year and things are down hill. The office staff puts requests on a post it note and you never hear from them again. We are moving out this month down the street to a nice, clean community. No Hippo and lights on at night. I agree, the above was staff posting.

I would have to agree with you. The staff posted that. Can they be more obvious. I have lived here for a long time and I can say I sure do miss Shannon and Leslie. Boy do I ever. For those of you who have been long term residents we know what this place was like and now look at it. Does the hippo stand for HUNGRY HIPPO? Are they hungry for residents..Whats the signifigance of the hippo? I have asked for things to be done and I have to be honest, Angie not Angela but Angie is pretty good. She tires to be. The other 2, just kick them out. They have no clue. but the maintance guy is a little over worked. You need more than one. but Angie does try. My only prob here now and again I've been here since they opened. I lived here with we had, Shannon, Leslie, Shelly, Amy and another girl up front and I can't remember her but we have had a few. The prob I have is the new tennants. Where did you get them, right from the trailor park or from section 8 housing. It was hard to even get in here. You could not get in if you drove a car like the ones they drive up in here now. Not to mention we are paying for the use of the dumpster...come on. the pest control and the sewage and sanatation. We are not home owners for heaven sakes. I seen a guy carry out about 8 bags of gargabe one day...did you hear that...? one day he had 8 bags..now I can see why we need pest control. Whoever you are, clean your act up or move. your bringing the place down and it's not fair...the connor group I heard is anothe word for slum lord....we have so much to look forward too. you would think with all this negativity they would do something to make it better...I can't wait to move and I signed up to stay b/c I liked it so much before when it was the TRELLISES.....SHANNON AND LESLIE COME BACK PLEASE...WE NEED YOU.

I agree. Shannon and Leslie were great. Ran into Leslie at the store and made sure she knew how much I missed her, and told her how bad it has gotten. It seems that everyone posting here KNOWS how it used to be, before Connor Group came in, and that is WHY we are now complaining. WE are not bringing down the community, as the reviewer above suggests. The trailer trash that hang out in the gym and smoke cigarettes and pot all night are bringing this place down. I MEAN COME ON! I go in there to work out in the morning and it smells like they just had a back-room poker game in there! THIS PLACE SUCKS IN THE WORST WAY, and I AM moving out just a soon as my lease is up! The member of the office staff, who obviously wrote this review, can have it!
