I am in Florida and will be moving to KY in a few weeks. I was set on moving into this apartment. I even sold my desk b/c this apartment had one built in. I went and toured the apartment back in Aug and was in Love!

But, since I have read all these reviews. I am changing my mind for sure! I am planning on visting the complex when I get up there. If I see anything that I was reading about on here...I will run as fast as I can!

The people posting the negative reviews most recently is the trash that the other company let move in before the Connor group bought the Trellises. They let a bunch of trash move in and the Connor group is in the process of evicting them all. I have lived here since April and I love it! I have not had any issues with noise, dog poop or bugs like the others have stated. The lights work just fine and yeah at times parking is challenging but hello its an apartment if you want a guaranteed spot either pay for a car port or buy a house. I love living here but just dont have time to get on and write positive reviews everyday. Dont believe everything you read.

Thanks for response. How long ago did the Conner Group take over? I am little nervous too b/c they don't list on any wedsite like www.apartmentguide.com. When toured the complex, I saw all young college kids come in. I asked them if the apartment complex was full of parties and college kids but the girl said no. I would like to know why the hot tube is not working. It wasb't working when I went 2 months ago. I like the price, I love the sun room feature but I am a single mom of 2 young boys, I don't want to just live anywhere...I will just have to check it again and see if I notice anything. I might ask some residents too if I see anybody outside. Thnaks again!

I lived at the Trellises for 2 1/2 yrs and we had no problem. We like it.We moved from there about 1 1/2 yrs ago. I do ride past there weekly and I must say it looks ran down now. I do have a friend still there and she hates it now. She will be moving out this month. I would not move there now even if the rent was cheap. I would really check the apartments out in the area good before moving into one. I have children too.

The first comment from the person above is completely wrong the "trash" started coming in after the new group took over. I am not saying everyone but they are just trying to fill apartments not caring who it is. Maintenance is a complete joke. The pool, volleyball court and basketball court are usually filled with people that don't even live here. Good thing I'm paying for them to use it. The grass is never cut. Only a few of us pick up after there dogs. I could go on and on. For the price you pay here you could get alot cleaner and classier place.

I do live here and will be departing and not soon enough. The complex has gone downhill and is very dirty. The play area is not kept cleaned, dog poo everywhere and light fixtures in the hallways are full of dead bugs. The maintanece guy only works half days and nothing will ever get fixed. Still waiting after year to get my dishwasher fixed. Another sign of things down hill, bug company is always in the complex, makes you wander. Find another clean complex and the real sign would be drive in on a weekend....make the entire loop....that will make the decision for you. Good Luck
