In all my years of renting from complex's, this has to be the worst.

For over 7 months, I have tried to get stuff fixed with no avail.

While the economy is bad for everyone, we have to pay our rent on time or the next day....we get a notice.

This place never responds to your request and if they do it is a joke.

Grass is not cut every week and dog poo everywhere.

I live in the middle and thank goodness not in the back, you cannot let your kids play outside anymore, they have let anyone and body in to fill units and it shows.

I used the "car wash" area only to find garbage all over the place and most of it broken.

It is very sad such a nice complex has gone down hill.

I am stuck for 5 more months then I am out, apartments are nice but once you move in ....all downhill, you fill you are a dollar not a resident.

Hopefully another company will buy this place out and restore it to a nice, clean complex.
