I moved in here a few months ago because it seemed like a nice place. Now they're just trying to fill the apartments as fast as possible. Since the new group took over, it is certainly not the "resort-style" living they advertise. Parking is a joke - I had to pay for a spot and half the time someone else parks there. For those who say if you want a guaranteed spot, get a house - well, it's the first place I have ever lived that parking was this much of a problem, and that includes several apartment complexes. LOTS of college kids, which means lots of parties. Maintenance is slow to respond, and won't listen to you when you ask to be called first (I have a dog). Yes, the staff is friendly, but I'd prefer efficiency (and a place to park at night!) AND - to the reviewer who called it a trailer park - one of the most irritating things here is the car that someone is rebuilding under my bedroom window. They bring that out, and it looks like a repair shop around here (and sounds like one, too!) - talk about white trash!
