I recently looked at Walnut Creek when I thought my job was going to move me to Northern KY. I was most impressed by the staff. When I came in the office I was greeted by a very engerjetic HELLO and the person he showed me around stayed that upbeat the entire time. One of the maintence guys were in the office and siad welcome home even before I mentioned I was looking for an apartment. The model was nice and updated and had huge closets, but one of the bedrooms was a bit small. If I ever do get transferred to that area, I would pick that community in a heartbeat.

The place is nice until you sign the lease. then it turns to crap!
