I have lived at Walnut Creek for a couple of years and I have finally had the last straw. My first year was fine but the second year I had several bats that had to be taken out of my apartment, my refrigerator broke and I wasn't offered to be reimbursed for the food spoiled, the dishwasher is always backed up. The final straw was that I was given an eviction notice when my rent was never 1 day late. When I called the office they said there was a posting error but my thought is that you should make sure you are correct in regards to the the renter's account before giving eviction notices. I wasn't even given an apology until I demanded one. I had to miss work to get it straightened out with them and I had done nothing wrong!!!!!

I live there and they accused me of not paying my rent too ( it was on time every month if not early)
