We were never given the chance to look at our apartment before signing. Much to our surprise, the sewer was backed up into the bathtub of our first floor apartment!! We notified the office immediately. And we notified them several times over the next three days. Each time we were told someone would be right over to fix it. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. Disgusting!! So we had to wait 3 days to move in because of this. Then maintenance never did fix it. Eventually after over a month of the sewer backing up into our bathtub, they gave us a new apartment because they claimed they had to rip out the floor to fix the pipes. They then tried to charge us more rent!!!

i lived here and literally called them everyday for 3 months to fix my garbage disposal. before i moved out i had to put a letter telling them that i wasnt paying for something they wouldnt come and fix. needless to say i know exactly how you feel. Its a nice place but the maintenance people are worthless.
