The rent was reasonable, ac worked amazingly, managment was very polite, and it was really big! The managment threw my roomates rent away one month but after sending us a non-payment notice it was resolved and they quickly fessed up to throwing it away. It was close to everything food, stores, cincinnati great location! The master bedroom is amazingly huge and so is the closet space.

My main complaint is that its soooo loud. Kids are everywhere screaming and yelling and making a mess of the corridor. The maintenance is soooo slow. it took them like 3 months to fix my garbage disposal. The pool was filled with loud drunken rednecks drinking in the pool with children present. The windows in the master bedroom let in tons of cold air in the winter. it was so cold i had to get a space heater and cover my windows with fleece fabric just to stay warm in the winter and winters are harsh in nothern ky! My roomate and i both had our cars broken into. My mistake was leaving my doors unlocked and they actually broke her window. A few other people were robbed as well and the person diagonal to us had her apt broken into. I think it was her ex-roomate that did it though not a random robber.

i think college students would really like this place! we had a few parties and they were all successful!

overall loved my apt. but loved my hometown in TN more!

huge? where were you living? it is not huge. the 2 bedroom apartments are barely 900 sq feet total and that would be pushing it. not to mention the almost non-existent kitchen.

While there, my husband's truck was broken into, along with our neighbors. Also, our house was broken into while we were moving out and we had several items stolen. I can only think of one word to describe this place...GHETTO

I live there and my car was recently broken into too. If you think this place is nice either you are naive or have low standards of living.
