This is the worst place you can live if you actually care about your surroundings. The staff was nice, until you have legitimate concerns with the place. There was this one point where children were skateboarding down the steps in the hallway. There has been mud balls plastered on the outside windows 2 months after complaints were called in. The solicitation is unreal! The cops are here about every other day, and when I went to pay my rent and inform management 2 months in advance that I will not be renewing my lease ------------(the property manager) proceeded to tell me that I was a bad tenant in so many words when my rent was paid on time every month and never had a complaint. Then one month that actually accused me of not paying my rent, which was actually paid early! I am very unhappy with this place and the upkeep and the quality of people living here. In fact, I am tempted to contact the Better Business Bureau.
