We moved into Windridge Jan. of 2001. 1 bedroom loft.
Current road construction and light from church parking lot MAJOR nuisance. Management unhelpful. Tried to terminate lease due to nuisance and lack of resolve to no avail.
Apt. is poorly insulated. Downstairs always cold to keep upstairs below 80 in summer or winter. Summertime, you have to keep air on 60 to keep upstairs close to comfortable, downstairs become arctic tundra. Several patches in walls/ceilings coming apart. No upgraded appliances. Several issues with drainage. A/C drain clogged and water crashed through downstairs bathroom ceiling. Airport noise unbearable. You could stand on the roof and hit the landing gear with a broom. With construction, harder to get in/out of. Parking is a nightmare, road on grounds is very bumpy from poor runoff, warped road. Heating bills very high in winter due to poor insulation, mgt overcharged us this year. Quality of life has gone steadily downhill
