I cannot believe that this place is one of the so called premire Apartment complexes in Northern Kentucky. Their Leasing Manager "Karin Franz" has to be one of the most incompetent individuals I have met in my lifetime. Very courteous and kind when you are considering one of her Apts, very unprofessional, unhelpful, impolite people once you move in. Don't even waste your time telling her that you have a problem in your Apt. Your better off doing it yourself. Heating and cooling bills are absolutely ridiculous!! My boyfriends house is bigger than my Apt and his utility bills are a little more than half of what I'm paying! You'd think I was living in a 3000SQFT home with these bills. Available Parking is almost nonexistent here, and the moral of the tenets is at a very all time low. People are so depressed that they can't break their lease and move on realizing the big mistake they made moving here. The only way out of your lease here, is through death. If you get fooled like some of us did, and move here, good luck and best wishes. Thats about the only nice thing you'll encounter here is my sympathy. Take the time to look else where, trust me you can find better and cheaper Apts with more professional staff to suite your needs.
