I'm not sure who wrote that last e-mail, but Windridge Townhomes is worth every penny. I have been here just over two years, and I love it! If you can ever find a nice office staff, it's amazing, and the staff here at Windridge Townhomes has been such a blessing. They do cater to your every need.

As far as the electric bills, they are not that bad for two stories. And as far as the reimbursement program, who else cares so much to help you out'!'! They reimburse up to $100 over a certain amount which is around the average electric bill. It has done its job and kept myself and many others beyond happy and comfortable.
Windridge Tonwhomes is also, I just found out from Jane and Karen, 99% occupied!! All they have available is one 3 bedroom. That says a lot.
Everyone one here from what I have heard loves it here, and myself and my neighbors are planning to stay as long as possible. It is a wonderful location, well-priced, and the people here are amazing.
If anyone is looking to rent, this is by far the best place to live! (If you can even get your hands on of the townhomes) Good Luck...It's worth it!
