Oh my God! The electric bills are way too high. I just moved into my new house 4 month's ago and the electric bills aren't even half of what I was paying while living at the windridge! And I have a 4 bedroom house compared to a 2 bedroom Apt. As for parking at windridge, non-existant! Good luck if you have a family get together. Better car pool in a bus! As for the management, what can you say. Karen the troll that runs the place says that 99% of the place is rented out, that's good. Well maybe because you won't let people break their lease even if a family member dies or your work relocates you. Yea, you still have to pay the rent even though you don't live there. Thats why 99% are rented, now I see. My best advice, shop around!!!!! For the price you pay in rent and then throw in the electric bill, you can own your own home! No kidding! Do yourself and your family a favor and look around. Good luck!
