The apartments look nice. Upkeep is good, but when you look closely, they're only interested in getting your money.
There's no insulation. My electric bill was over $250 for three straight months, and my apartment still wasn't warm. I complained, but to no avail.
The rent is too high, and always rising. The asphalt is always being "fixed", because the managers are too cheap to pay anyone to do it right.
The lease is impossible to get out of. My next door neighbor got divorced, and they wouldn't grant her any lenience. They told her she could leave, but that she'd have to pay the rent for the remaining months left in her contract.
Parking is first come, first-served. You can find a place, but it might be a distance.
They never spray for bugs or change filters, unless you call them. They say they do it, but always say it was "while you were out".
