The quality of the amenities is poor. My carpet looked like it was 5 years overdue for changing. The walls were pretty banged up. The kitchen appliances, cabinets and countertops were falling apart. The positives were the awesome floorplan and friendly staff. I still would not recommend this place to anyone.
