Must put your satellite on the deck in a bucket of concrete, which makes it looks kinda trashy. There is nothing wrong with it on a poll in the yard. Bad insulation and high electric bills. Single sink in kitchen and diswasher sucks. The cable for broadband needs to be replaced but Windridge nor insight will take responsibilty. Overall this place sucks look elsewhere. Oh by the way, if this web sight was made available to all tenants the rating would be a lot lower. Need to put flyers on everyones door with web address to get the true rating.

I think this comment is absolutely ridiculous! We have had the best experience here, especially when it came to our satellite. We understood that is was not Windridge's nor Village Green's policy that the satellites needed to be moved and the office staff was more than happy to help us with the issue. And as for handing out fliers with this website on it, anyone who know how to use the internet and search for apartments should be able to easily find this website. (Oh and just for grammar reasons, poll would actually be spelled pole to be correctly used in the sentence.) I have had cheaper electric bills here than any other apartment, and this is a two level townhouse.
