I have put plastic over the windows and still have to run heat at 85 to get the whole place to warm up. Energy bill is over $300, now. All rooms stay cold except the master where all the heat is used to heat up second bedroom. It gets so hot in the master that I have to a fan at night to keep the temperature even. No matter what the thermostat is set on it clicks on and off all night but the townhouse stays cold. The doors bring in even more cold air. I change my own filters. I had a water leak with mold and the baseboards underneath cabinet warped and were loose, decayed and powder. ----- came in and put cherry "floor boards fastened by drywall nails over the decayed wood. There are a few drug dealers and addicts in the community. Someone is always moving out. The clubhouse is posh. The townhomes are not! Don't be pawked. I kill thousands of waterbugs a week. The half-bath gets all the heat--superhott. Appliances are old and with a few broken areas, infrastructure is creaky, floors and walls are sloping and cabinet faces peel off upon move-in. They are unusually small AND there is no place to park if you have an extra car because all the neighbors use their garages for storage. I faxed my inspection agreement over to them and nothing got fixed. I have one non-working toilet in second bedroom that hasn't been seen about to date. I have been hear close to a year. I had to fix the broken gutter above my deck myself! Patchwork/paintjobs are crappy. Carpet is cheap, my windows are broken and screens bent. READ YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT! ITS A DOOZEY! IT PROTECTS THEM FROM YOU! YOU WILL BE SCREWED IF OUT OF MONEY AND PIECE OF MIND!
