Read the fine print before signing the lease. They are cheats.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
We lived at Windridge Townhomes for almost three years. When we moved out we got a bill for 150$ for "carpet wear and tear" - when we asked them to provide specifics, they refused to do that. What's surprising (and disappointing) was that the carpet was not in the greatest shape to begin with, something the manager at that time even acknowledged.
While we lived there we took great care of the townhouse, and don't have any pets or kids, so were super surprised to be charged for wear and tear, especially since in the last year we paid almost 1100 bucks a month (for a two bedroom), which was well above the market rent for that area. I thought your rent is supposed to take care of part of the wear and tear, especially if there is no damage/stains.
Also the heating bills in winter can be outrageous; be prepared for that. Certainly the most unethical and unprofessional management we have rented from. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way. Be prepared to loose your security deposit for flimsy reasons, if you decide to rent from Windridge.
