The grounds are gorgeous, it's quiet and safe, and the staff is helpful. Only problem is with the insulation, which could be a lot better, but with the utility reimbursement program they run, it evens out.
I feel very comfortable here and love the fact I don't hear my neighbors's toilet flushing.

You are full of excrement. You are a staff member [--------]! You work for Windridge/Village Green. The reimbursement program is to save your asses from being sued AND it would be in poor taste for your resident's utilities to be turned off simply because the structure is counterproductive to the heating of the unit. The structure of this property is so poor that it is the duty of Windridge/Village Green to provide a subsidy program or else you will lose residents, profit, and reputation. Speaking of reputation, it is skiddish. This property is moonlighting as a safe/secure community when it is actually project housing. Nothing evens out when residents are freezing their arses off in winter and not receiving an actual reimbursement check until June! FYI readers: It is not just the insulation, IT IS THE DOORS AND WINDOWS, GAPS UNDERNEATH THE STAIRS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THE CRAWLSPACE/GARAGE, FIREPLACE AND VENTS THAT EITHER BLOW NO HEAT DUE TO CLOGGED DUCTS OR DON'T FUNCTION AT ALL EXCEPT FOR FILTERING COLD AIR INTO THE UNIT. A good rental community is supposed to do more than cut the grass.

GREAT RESPONSE....would love to see a coalition of unsatisfied unit dwellers...I myself am a 2 year "VICTIM" of the Windridge town home community. I have experienced numerious maintanence requestes gone unanswered, multiple winter months of 3, 4 and even $500 utility bills just to keep my family warm! And several security issues not dealt with. Upon leaving Windridge townehomes when our lease ended, I was greeted by a friendly letter informing me that not only was I charged $25 per "cracked" wall socket plate but that I was being billed for carpet replacement at a grand total of $1950. It was to our advantage (and luck) that we were smart enough to document the condition of the unit upon our departure via picture and video. This community is by far given me the worst living experience in my life.....FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE!!!!
