First off I would like to say that the most logic reasoning for such poor Managment is because they spend most of their time commiting class C felonies by fraudulantly writing bogus reviews from "annonomys residents"...No one in there right mind would LOVE to live at Windridge Town Homes...By clicking "you are not an employee" when in fact you are, you are commiting a serious crime!!!

I among many others that were mislead into signing a contract here after hearing multiple horror stories from past tenants. Only because we were promised many improvments to the community at a discounted rate. 1st on the list were new appliances and carpet, only to hear what was the first of many EXCUSES to come! On top of POOR management, the maint. staff are just as incompotant. The units themselves are built from out of date/code materials that would be illegal to use today. This place is a hell whole and don't be fooled by the few BOGUS reviews on this site saying this is a great, safe place to live...it is quite the opposite! Please, shop around and don't believe ANY promises by management in there efforts to FILL the community!!!!

Their criminals, too? Drive to the rear of the complex note their condition. Do not believe the clubhouse/model speaks for whole community. "Anonymous'" review is 1000% true. Windridge is project living. People move out every month!
