I have lived here for 4 month now and there has been many maintence issues and they are still not address as of yet, but this past week has been the final staw for me. I stopped in after I got off work to drop off my rent check and the property manager's car was still there so I went to the door and the blinds were some what closed so I looked though to see if she was still there so I could address my maintence issue yet again before paying my rent and to my disgust I saw her and my neighber from 3 door down having sex on her desk. I had my 4 year son with me and of course when he saw me look through the blinds he wanted to do the same, I grabbed him and left, I didn't even drop off my check... The next day I took my lunch break to come in and address this with her and she laughed and told me to go ahead and report her cause she has the paper work to make her bosses think I am a bad tenent. She informed me that by the time I get back to my apartment she will have my file filled with violations and for me to be sure of one thing she has gotten rid of people before with the strock of a pen, when went on to say tenents, employees and contractors. I was in shock at brass attitude.

I have done some checking cause I'm in no financial shape to move right now and have found out the Windridge is not owned by Village Green but is really owned by The Marrison located in downtown cincinnati. I do intend to speak with other neighbers and put together a detailed summery of this property managers threats and intimidations with other tenents.

As far as the apartment go's I would not have rented here if I had viewed the apartment that I ended up with...I was showed another one but on the day I picked up my keys I was informed to go to a different apartment...this apartment had none of the new appliances, the carpet was wet (I guess it was just washed) and one bedroom (my son's)was not painted, a window frame was broke and the garage door was off track. The only thing that has been fixed is the window and that is because my uncle stopped by and fixed for me. Don't waist your time or hard earned money.

WOW...I dont know how many times I had to hold my wife back from beating this that ------- ass. She would constantly be hitting on me. She would come to my unit when she knew my wife was gone and try to seduce me..even offered a dicounted rate if I let her go down on me. While the offer was tempting...LOL, I figured that paying a few more months of rent was well worth not letting this troll of a ----- get a peice of me! But I wish you luck with your complaints and hope that trashy ----- gets whats coming to her!

Thank you for your support and the new information. If there is anyone else with information to add in my quest to bring an end to her misconduct please list a posting. I will continue to add information to my investigation.

you have got to be kidding me - it amazes me that one person obviously wrote all of these reviews they are so over the top ridiculous. NO ONE experiences something like this and does nothing but post complaints on a ratings website. And it is my guess that nothing was done right?? Grow up and deal with your issues like a grownup. If you felt like you were treated badly then work it out don't tell lies. Very sad
