I love it! I have lived here for several years and I love it. I lived in a two bedroom for a couple of years and then when my husband past away I moved to a one bedroom. The office staff has always been very nice and the maintenance team very helpful. It is an older community, but very well

wow I am in Florida and will be moving to KY in a few weeks. I was set on moving into this apartment. I even sold my desk b/c this apartment had one built in. I went and toured the apartment back in Aug and was in Love!
But, since I have read all these reviews. I am changing my mind for sure!

dont get screwed before you move in, you may want to ask other tenants what their paying for their rent. After I moved in, I found out that I was paying 100 dollars more than my neighbors with the same floor plan on the same floor. then I found out that my neighbors got 2 months free rent

Charleston Pines is GREAT! I have been at Charleston Pines for 1.5 years and have loved every minute of it. The staff is more than accomodating for all, yet running a well maintained safe & friendly facility.
The social events they have quarterly are well organized and family friendly.

looksgood, keep looking Seems like a nice place at first, if you have any problems the office will listen maybe send out letters.After you have your vehiles damaged ,you get a story about kids doing it. Depending on the quality of the neighbors you will find its not a luxury place
