THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
In the year I lived here, I have had
5 floods in the kitchen, 1 each in the
dining, bedroom, and living areas.
I have had a non-working stove twice,
no air in the summer, not heat in the fall.
The managment does not care about it's
tenants who pay. The place is now full
of teenagers out till whenever vandalizing. In the year that I lived there, I never slept with the windows open for fear of theft
and breakins. Please do not move here,
Their deposit is large, especially if you
have an animal. They charge a non refundable
"decorating" deposit as well as a non
refundable pet deposit. If you are lucky out of about 700 down, the only refundable amount is about 150. The sad thing is, they don't do any thing but what they have to when it comes to repairs.
I feel sorry for you if you move here.
