I can vouch for all the reviews here about 95%. Besides the smelly pipes down by 501 West Chelsea (which I think were just fixed) and the overall issues with the maintenance. Lights worked sporadically and the cabinets were horrible. I was anxious to get out of there to get into my new home.

Then, a month later, I received a notice saying I "skipped out" and I owed them over $700 dollars. I was not under agreement at the time ( I was paying by the month and had not re-signed any lease ) They never complained when I was paying the extra $50. And I did make a good effort to let them know I was leaving by making sure to leave notice with one of the office people.

So, I'm fighting this.
