THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

NEVER RENT HERE. SINCE THE DAY WE MOVED IN WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. PROBLEMS SUCH AS NO HEAT FOR 2 MONTHS,NO AIR CONDITIONER FOR 3 WEEKS, ALMOST HAD AN ELECTRICAL FIRE (TOOK MAINTANCE 30 MINUTES TO RESPOND),BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE, MAJOR WATER SPOTS ON THE CEILINGS, WET CARPET FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER. I HAD A SLIDING SCREEN DOOR THAT I ASKED THEM TO FIX FOREVER AND NEVER GOT FIXED. MANAGAMENT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY RIPPED MONEY OFF OF PEOPLE. THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER. MAINTANCE IS WORTHLESS AND RUDE AT TIMES. THE GROUNDS ARE DISGUSTING AND THE AREA JUST SMELLS. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!AND THEY WANT $500 JUST FOR A PET DEPOSIT(NON REFUNDABLE)
