This place is very dangerous.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived in Lakeside Village Apartments on West Chelsea in a one bedroom. I was a single female at the time and worked nights as a waitress, as well as a full time student in the day. My number one main concern at this apartment was my safety. The lights in the parking lot NEVER worked. Not one day of the entire year I was there. I was terrified to walk from my car to my front door when I got home at 3:00 am in the absolute pitch black.
On top of that, my downstairs neighbors were robbed, I called the police when I heard someone trying to get on my patio. Also, some wierd stalker would put notes in my mailbox. I called the police and they said that until the lights were fixed back there to expect the crime to continue. There were multiple car breakins. I called the office everyday for one year. Every day. They said every day the lights would be fixed. They still weren't fixed when I moved out. They then sent me to collections and said I broke my lease.
I loved this apartment, I thought it was beautiful and the layout was perfect. But I was terrified every day that I lived there. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY!!
