broken down cars in lot which makes it hard for you to find a spot. no lighting in the parking lot very scary to walk to the laundry room alone. lighting inside the building never had a light bulb in it. no fire extinguisher outside in the hallway. when you lightly push on the windows they bow outwards. when asked to fix this problem they couldnt. easy for spiders to get inside. cover up damage in a cheap way. tub started to chip away. hardly ever get hot water. crack in the ceiling that leaks when the tub upstairs leaks. patio door was difficult to lock and could easily be broken into. when it rained it leaked into the apartment from the patio door. the carpet in front of the patio door gets all wet. there is wood under the carpet that is all moldy and corroded. when i asked them to fix the problems they said that they would but never showed up. after repeat calls and a letter they still never fixed the problems. the toliet stopped up and when they actualy did come and fix it, it took them 2 days. they left sewage waste all over the patio. never cleaned it up. they try to charge you for things that arent in the contract. have all these deals when you move in but never actually give them to you. this place should be torn down. unsafe and unhealty place to live. not worth the money.
