I lived over the lake for nearly 11 years. The roof leaked and when it did, my ceilings in all rooms bubbled the paint, and when it could hold no more, the ceilings burst pouring dirty contaminated water everywhere. My carpeting was beige when I moved in and orange when I moved out. They would not fix the roof, replace the carpeting or compensate me for any of the problems that were ongoing. I had to replace the kitchen floor at my own expense as well as the bar top that separates the kitchen from the living room. At nearly $800 a month, the least they could have done was make sure we had hot water! They're reply was, it's not that bad, boil it. I have finally moved out of there by the advice of an attorney. They will not return my deposit nor take responsibility for their actions, and say it is my fault for the carpeting. If you have any thoughts of moving to this complex all I can say is DON'T!

Given the financial circumstances I was in yes it did. The complex was not always this way either. When I first moved in there the staff, the management and the maintenance people were very nice and cared. The problems arose when the company that now owns it bought the property.
