These apartments have a lot of air leaks in the windows and hence the heating bills are ridiculously huge(min $200 even if you are at work from 7:00am to 8:00pm). The only positive thing about this place is that it looks like a great place with a lake, fountain and charming scenery. But apart from that it is very expensive. The staff are nice only when you are signing the lease and paying the rent. On other occasions they are rude and don't give you much information.

There have been many maintenance problems - the bath tub had an ugly finish, the storage areas under the sink is always wet, the worst of them all is NO hot water in the shower especially in the early morning when you need to get to work. It happened many times even after complaining about the situation. The only answer you would get is "We are working on it". They do not even have the courtesy to send me the receipt of my final payment. I would strongly say "No" to this place.

This place is not worth living in even for a few months.
