First of all you are not allowed to see the apartment until the day you move in. Bid mistake on our part. They tell you things that are untrue & then say, they never told you that. We were told we would have a washer/dryer hook-up & 3 large closets. None of it was true. No hook-ups & we have 1 1/2 closets, the hot water heater is in one of the closets & it reeked of pee. Ugh
We have lived here for 6 months and have had 5 floods!! not from the lake, but because of the poor condition of the building. The 1st one happened the day we moved in, then again 2 weeks later. We had two floods over Thanksgiving weekend when we were out of town. Our neighbor had to call us (b/c they wouldn't) & let us know that our apartment was flooded and there was a couple of inches of water outside of our door. They came in and moved our stuff around & just left a note saying there was a water issue. They brought in 2 huge fans that had to run for 3 days & we had to pay to run them. They would not remburse us for any of our damaged things. A couple of weeks later we had a miner flood. Now we have mold growing in our cabinets in the kitchen, it is disgusting. We can't wait to move.
When we first moved in our neighbor was telling us how bad the place is & that they can't wait to move. Now we know what they were talking about. They also had water & pest issues.. This place sucks
One last thing.. There was a fire here & one of the buildings burnt down & they put the rubble in the lake instead of propertly disposing of it.
STAY AWAY

I lived on Leverett Court for 11 1/2 yrs. Due to faulty roofing that they would not fix, the ceiling caved in at least twice a yr. in my kitchen, the living room and both bedrooms. I had water pouring in through a light fixture above my kitchen sink and could not even cut the circuit because they painted the fuse box shut. They refused to fix it, claimed the stained carpet was due to my cats and cats don't pee anywhere except in a litter box. They put a tarp on the roof and there was ice under it, so when it melted the dirty water poured onto my kitchen counter and flooded two stove burners. They should be liable for code violations and the management cares only that the grounds look good so they can sucker people in. They are misleading, neglegent and the city of Ft. Mitchell should cite them or the courts should condemn the complex. The building that sits on Leverett court on the right did indeed burn to the ground. The lake is filled with debris and the conditions of the dwellings are inhumane.
