if you are planning on moving here, DO NOT!! the apts inside are laid out nice but for some reason they DO NOT SALT OR SHOVEL SIDEWALKS AT ALL!!! i mean what apt property doesnt salt the sidewalks' This one . I called the office and asked why they do not salt or shovel and i was told that it is a liability if they salt and shovel and someone falls, so in return they will not salt or shovel. Today was the 6th or 7th snowfall of the year and needless to say they havent salted or shoveled at all. And BEWARE, some buildings are located down a "driveway" to which these are never salted until after noon making the drive out the property to work an exciting one. THIS IS THE MAIN REASON I AM NOT RENEWING MY LEASE!!! I mean i have animals living in my apt cieling, running around making noise at all hours and I have dealt with that. The snow removal thing is a HUGE issue that need to be address by corporate. Oh and when i asked for corporates number, I was told " We do not have their number here". SHADY SHADY people who do not care about their residents.

I second that. Staying there was the worst decision I had made with regards to finding a decent apt to live in for a few months. I spent $800 per month on rent electric heating bills for a single bedroom apt. God be merciful on you for staying there. I know how it is.

you can get thenumber for copr. off line. the parent compay is brookside properties! i used to live there and i know what you mean. i fell down the steps and the refused to pay the bill. all of it because the refused to salt and shovel.
