I have lived here not even a year and been ready to move out for 4 months now!
I didnt get to see the apartment until after I got the keys and handed over way to much money. The walls are PAPER thin and you can hear everything from people across and below you. The front door STICKS and you have to beat it to open the door. The "sunroom" smells like someone used it as a bathroom for their animals, the balcony is way to wobbly to even let my kid play out there. When we moved in here we had to fill out a paper with anything wrong with it, I did and still have yet to see them to fix the water faucet in one of the bathrooms and the dripping bathtub faucet in the master bedroom bath. The closet doors were never repaired. Every time you OPEN then they fall off track. The walls look HORRIBLE in one of the bedrooms. like they painted over junk. Oh wait, whats that i hear''' SQUIRRELS in my ceiling...Yes, there is animals walking across my ceiling chatting away. Ive reported it 3 times and NOTHING done about it. Ive lived here for about 6 months and the air has NOT worked since the day I moved in. He has been here twice and looked at it but thats as far as he has gotten! I have a CHILD, its 96% outside and my baby is MISERABLE! The maintenance is good for absolutely NOTHING!
NO lighting outside my building whatsoever and even the lighting in the stairway area is very dim. Could be because when they had to repair the ceiling that was falling through they forgot to toss in a few lightbulbs! Makes me worried that my floors will be next to cave in. I wont even talk about the bug infested laundry facilities.
The office staff is very sweet but whoever is MANAGING this property needs to step up and do their job before they lawsuits being tossed at them. These apartments are beautiful on the outside and clean but the second you walk in the door to the building you can see how trashy they really are! They are very OVERPRICED!!!
