I have lived here for about 4 months and I wish that service tickets would be handled alot quicker. It seems like forever to get things done. I had a toilet that was supposely fixed, and I fould out, it leaked worse and I had to call AGAIN, to get it fixed. I have talked to several tenants here and they say things are similar with them. It takes someone to come back 2 or 3 times to get things fixed properly and some are even forgotten about. But over all, it is a clean envirionment to live. I have spoken to the Manager and things, I guess, just takes awhile to get done. The Service needs to improve. Dang, a $ 200.00 will be given away for referals, well, I don't recommend anyone, and until service improves, I will not renew my lease when it comes up.
