If you are looking for a place where the supervisor walks around all day and stays at the swimming pool a hell of a lot, then I recoommend this place. If you enjoy maintenance, taking their time, getting to your service request, then pick here to live. If you want a manager who is very rude, then pick here. This place sucks. I will be moving very shortly from here and I am glad.

Lol..I worked very briefly at this complex and the property manager did indeed walk around all day flirting with the single residents at the pool..perhaps the manager is the same..or perhaps the management company just likes to recruit people who use their job as a dating service. They seem to find ways to eliminate employees who are actually making money for the company (but earning too much commission)?!
